We have the powered driver's seat. Has anyone made their driver's seat swivel? We would love to beable to use this seat when we are parked.
We ordered a part from one independent company in CA but they were unable to deliver the product. Any suggestions?

When we ordered our PC, we were told we could only have either power seat or swivel, cannot have the two options together. So we opt to have the passenger seat swivel and so far I find it very comfortable to interact when we have company sitting on the couch.

Donald,
We did the same but find that we are always short one seat when we have visitors. We did not order the extra passenger seat because we had extra cabinets installed instead. We are still very happy with that decision because the small table and extra cabinets are wonderful. Would like to just swivel the drivers seat to angle into the coach so a person could sit there occasionally and chat.

I always wondered if you had a driver swivel seat......could you even do it? Won't the steering wheel be in the way?

I was looking at some of the pictures of Winnebago Via, and they have both the driver and passenger seat swivel back for time of entertaining. Just wonder why Stuart said it could only be done one way or the other and not both?

A driver's side swivel on my PC would be impossible because the brake handle is integrated into the plastic shell of the seat. Other motor homes have different seat/hand brake configurations making it easy to adapt the driver's seat to a swivel. I wonder if the Sprinter based PC driver's seat can be adapted for a swivel. Most Sprinter based motor homes have swivels on both sides because the hand brake is free standing.

I think you should beable to swivel the drivers seat just up to the steering wheel as most other MH do .
Donald,
I was wondering why Stuart said one way or the other as well since I have seen many MH with them both swiveled.

i have found that padded folding chairs purchased at sam's club work great for company. they are the same chairs used by fire and church hall's throughout usa. except they have padding.. They store easy and are comfortable. They also are great for adding more people to yhr table. :lol
