Title: Pleasant repair experience at PC factory.

The AC on my 2012 3100 blew a refrigerant line and needed to be replaced. Since I reside in Indiana, I took it to the factory for replacement. Carol, Bobby and his crew had me in and out in two hours. Thanks everyone!

How did the previous owner not catch that potential unit failure!!!??  Must have been due to the harsh NH winters......

Ha Ha Ron. Do they even have AC in NH? Having a great time with your old coach! I've put 2500 miles on it since October.
