Title: Phoenix Reunion in Sister's Oregon, Anyone planning to attend:?
Post by: frecklestweety on February 08, 2017, 02:23:17 pm
I travel solo  and have never traveled west and concerned about traveling by myself, even though I have my pooch as my companion. Only She is just that.  I was curious if any Phoenix members were planning to go. Its in September and plenty of time to plan.  It would be great if we could get a rally type trip together.   In 2018 it will be held somewhere in Central US .  I would love to see the Grand Canyon as part of the trip.  Any suggestions from experienced travelers?

Sorry about that.  Either I hit the wrong button or its the wine?  Probably a combination of both.

Lots of beautiful country to see in Oregon and Washington while you here.  Oregon seacoast, Washington Olympic
National Park.  Vancouver Island.  North Cascades and Mt Rainer & St Helens.

We live in Washington and you can drive weeks without seeing another PC!!  We hope to change that soon.

We are Planning on going.  We would like to follow the Lewis and Clark route from St Louis.  Lots to see in the west.  Grand circle of national parks in and around Utah, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Glacer, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and the Bad Lands should not be missed.  Can't do it in one trip.  This will be our forth.  Enjoy!
