Hit an Amazon deal a few minutes ago. Expected to pay $16-18 for this book. It is listed for $3.20.
https://smile.amazon.com/Eat-What-You-Love-Calories/dp/0762457848/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1474548753&sr=8-1&keywords=eat+what+you+love+quick+and+easy hardcover cookbook for $3.20 – I have a copy here from the library and we’ve tried a couple recipes we really like and found several more we’re trying today (the breakfast cheesecake is yummy and easy to make). I have her first “Eat what you love” cookbook and like it a lot. These cookbooks are reduced salt, reduced fat, reduced sugar (with sugar substitute options). Many recipes are two or four servings so perfect for the RV couple.
I don’t know why it is only $3.20 or how long it will be this price but it might be worth scooping up. I tried to buy more than one to use as gifts but it is one per customer. If you are interested, I suggest buying right away.

Thanks, Holly.
I ordered it and with Prime so no shipping. I'm sure I will make many of the recipes but for $3.20 I will get that much enjoyment just reading it.

My book arrived yesterday. Fun read and I've tagged some recipes to try. Amazon has it now for $2.88. QVC sells it for $26.00 plus $5.50 S/H. They have a video of Marlene with David Venable tasting some of the prepared dishes.

Great cookbook. Thanks for the heads up.

Glad to know people are enjoying it. We tried the Amazing Smashed Garlic Butter Chicken from this book and the Oven Baked Onion Rings from her first book "Eat What You Love" and they were both very good AND got the seal of approval form the picky granddaughter (NOT an easy feat). The Breakfast Cheesecake in the quick and easy book got rave reviews from everyone that tried it this past weekend at a friends getaway, even the gluten-free people. So, eat without guilt and ENJOY!

Your link led me to an Amazon site for $18.39! Did I miss the boat again?

Yes, it looks like the price went back up. I have no clue why it was dropped for a short time. I'm sorry you missed out.

garmp,
You can go to her website, marlenekoch.com and get lots of recipes and sign up for her monthly newsletter.

Thank you Gail for the website tip. I don't know why, but I never thought of searching for her website even though I now see it listed in her book. I'll be flagging that site for on the road use.

You're welcome , Holly. Glad I could contribute something on the forum. I'm not much help to you more experienced PC owners who are always here for us with our problems.

No worries. You'll get there. We were the newbies a few years back and I can't count the number of times the awesome people on this forum helped us out. Now we contribute when we can and absorb the knowledge offered up here the rest of the time. No one person knows everything but the huge brain trust that jumps in to help time after time is astounding. I don't know what we would have done without it. Every time I meet a PC owner I ask if they are on the forum and if the answer is no, I tell them they really should sign up. The Phoenix family (factory and forum) is amazing.

With all the info and suggestions for this cook book I took the suggestion and went on Amazon and ordered... I ordered a "used" one.. Turned out it was not used at all it may have had a drop off a shelf it had a wrinkle or two but is beautiful and in new condition all around. Now have to see what I really should try first. It is a beautiful book and price was under $10. Now to learn to cook. I hope it's not too late. Patricia
