Title: latch on sani con door

The latch on the door the covers the sewer system snapped off today.   The metal latch that slides into the grove snapped in half.  I do not know if I used too much pressure when I was tightening it. I was wondering if anybody knows where I can get one of those funky latches. Do you think I can only get them from the company? :help

In or out of warrantee, the factory is so very good about such matters.  Call their general number (not Stuart's number) and explain what happened.  I would be very surprised if you don't get one free of charge in very good time.  That is what we all experience on such little things gone wrong.

And if Ron's suggestion doesn't work out, try your local computer supply. Those latches are commonly used on the side doors on cabinets for rack mounted equipment.
