We been in Florida for about a week. On Tuesday our entry door latch broke and we could not open the coach door. After an aborted repair attempt at a local Camping World, I called the factory and spoke with Carol. She had a replacement latch in stock and agreed to have it shipped to our Florida address. Carol called back later in the day to confirm shipping cost. It turned out that next day doubled the cost of the part, so Carol shipped it tow day. We received the latch today and as Carol assured me it was an quick and easy replacement. Thank you Carol for the serivce!

They are wonderful. The same thing happened to us when we were in Maine and Carol shipped one out immediately. I will rave about the Phoenix customer service to anyone who will listen.

We've owned our PC nine years now and still feel well connected with the company. It's like working with a trusted family member. Quite the opposite that of an automobile dealership and the manufacture it represents. People who don't own a PC, have a hard time believing it.
