Thanks for the memories.  Being from Maryland your photos brought back fond memories of the many times we camped there with our kids and family members.

Karen must have felt like she was in heaven with all those horses so close. Did you get hit with that monsoon while you were there? How were the green headed horse flies?

Holly, we missed out on the storm. It was just south of Assateague, we did get the wind so I bought a kite to fly on the beach. As for the flies, I got a few bites and for the ones that made it into the MH, they are resting inside my vacuum cleaner.

Gail, Assateague and that area have become a favorite place for us, we will make it an annual trip.
65 years of New England, NH and Maine are old hat. It' s so nice to see other states.

I may post a few more pictures.
