Hi All,
Love PCs, particularly, the 2552. I watched another new 2552 video today with Earl. I appreciated Earl opening the video with the slide "in". That answered one of my questions regarding how much room there is to move through the coach with the slide "in". One of my lingering questions is whether the TV centered over the cab unlocks, moves forward, tilts right or left, etc. Moving the Euro recliner directly in front of the TV is fine. But, what about watching TV from the sofa slide? How is the angle? Can you position the TV to maximize viewing comfort from the sofa?
The Nexus 27V has the TV in the same place, but it does move. How much this movement helps, I don't know.
I really like the TV placement in the Winnebago Views (directly in front of the sofa slide in the galley), but I prefer a Ford chassis and many other features of the PCs.
Thanks,
Dean

Dean,
The TV is a fixed mount so we ordered our PC without a TV and mounted it ourself. It is on a swivel mount as pictured in the following post:

It has been three years since we completed this project and we are still very pleased with how it works. I would ask PC if they could place it in a different location or on a swivel mount for you.

When we use the TV in our 2552 John pulls his Euro chair to the center of the coach and I lounge sideways on the couch with a pillow behind me. We both can watch fairly comfortably. I recline my seat a bit and sometimes pull out the footrest on one side or the other depending on my level of "lounging" for the night.
Our TV doesn't swivel, it is the basic mount but it works fine for us.
After about a year on the road I figured out you can pull out the footrest on the couch, snap it up into position, then activate the release and roll it back in until it touches the couch seat. This gives you extra lounge space without taking so much floor space. I use it this way frequently even when not watching TV.

If I were to order a 2552 with couch-in-slide-out, I would research how big a TV could be mounted on the 2-surface wall behind the passenger seat by the Euro chair, mounted on an angle toward the couch utilizing both straight and angled walls.
But for my personal taste, I would rather order a 2552 with a no-slide-out dinette and keep the TV centered as currently offered.

Hi All,
Thanks for the responses.
Sue, very nice. I appreciate your description and the pictues of your TV mount. Looks like the mount allows for considerable flexibiilty.
2 Frazzled, I was imagining a similar arrangement for my DW and I. I would it in the Euro chair in front of the TV, while Laura would lounge on the sofa. Between sitting sideways or using the foot rests and/or the reclining feature, I would assume there are options using the sofa.
Hey Ron, you have given me some homework. I will look at the floorplan and videos to see if the TV could be mounted where you suggest.
Nice to know there are options.
Thanks,
Dean

We have a 2350 with the same problem. I will try to mount a wall mount swivel thing on a 'drawer slide' to move in and out of the cabinet. Don't have all the particulars figured out yet, but the idea is on its way.
