Well done.  Nice upgrade.  I'll be very interested to hear how it holds up over time in a moving vehicle.

Some sheet tile does not require grout.  Did you use grout?

I used a latex caulk around the perimeter (including where the tile meets the counter) and grout in the center joints. I also used adhesive sheets to adhere the tile to the wall.

I will be keeping a close eye on the grout joints for signs of cracking but don't expect any..................we shall see   :)

It will be interesting to learn how the grout holds up for you over the miles.
