I somehow broke a latch on one of the doors above the passenger seat. I have 2 types in the RV: One is a pinch style and the other is a rotating clip. I broke the one with a clip. Can I buy these at a hardware store or do I need to order it from PC? Thanks, Mark

Call Phoenix for some replacement latches.

Years ago I asked PC-USA to buy 12 latches from them. They sent me 12 free of charge. I broke 3 or 4 latches to-date....8 to go before I run out. I tend to break the non-moving piece, a shirt cuff will get hooked on it.

I've broken about 7 so far. I got 8 free from Carol. They are cheap made in China latches and easily break the moveable part. They are made by brdsupply.com . If they won't give me any more free, I found a source on-line that claims they have USA made replacements that don't break. Called Southco's C3 Grabber Catch http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/46469.pdf

I wished the non-moving hook was made much stronger. That would solve all issues for me.
