Title: Recommendations for replacing the 2007 DVD player?

Hi everyone! Have done a search but didn't find what I was looking for. We need to replace the original DVD player since it's freezing and skipping but want to use the installed surround sound speakers. Any recommendations? Thanks for your help -- I always learn something useful on this forum!

We have a 2007 as well with an "Executive" head unit.  What a cumbersome piece of hardware.  I wish ours would break so I could justify getting a better system that is easier to use.  Nothing on it is easy, but the worst is the AM/FM radio.

Judy, I'd like to know what you learn about other available head units.

Why don't you call Carol at the factory, and see what they are using or can get for you. She might know what will fit in your year.
