This is one of my summer projects. The project was to install a cover for your fan. Enjoy. Please feel free to come back to this page and make some comments.

I wish I could add two vent covers (bathroom and main) but they are too tall for our garage. Oh well.

Sure you measured,,, looks like the ht difference from the top of the AC cover is at the most 3inches, looks more like 2,, wish I would have measured when I was on top. I know at by storage shed it's a little tight on the top and will be driving in real slow and checking, I can not remember the measurements when I first got the shed.
Know it would be a hassle,, the Maxxair has a clip on one side, srew and nut on the other so that is can be opened. you could use two sets of clips,,, set both of the fans the same way,,( I do not remember the set up for the fantastic fan cover ),, then of course you have to put them on when you leave remember to take off when you get home,, maybe too much hassle... imagine like most of us when you get home you pull in the driveway, unload and clean up prior to putting her in the garage. just a thought

My a/c unit is currently my highest point and it clears my garage door opening by just 1.5" when the rig is empty and low on fuel.
I didn't want to remove anything like a Max vent cover to get the rig in the garage because as I get older I forget more and more.....maybe I have too much stuff stored upstairs. :lol
