We just completed our third round trip on the Alaska Highway in the 16 months since we acquired our PC. If you haven't had the pleasure the trip thru the northern sections of the Yukon Territory can be extremely punishing on any motorized vehicle. Our PC has performed flawlessly for the most part. This trip after reaching the border we stopped at a rest area and noted that the bathroom door would not close and the counter extension was hanging precariously with only a single screw remaining in the hinge. Inspection of the door revealed most of the hinge screws had either worked loose or stripped. The screws in the extension hinge were on the floor in the entry well and apparently had worked their way loose. Has anyone had to replace the 1/2 inch screws that PC uses for the bathroom door hinges and counter extension? Any other suggestions to increase durability under difficult circumstances? Thanks.

Toothpicks, glued in will fill holes to use original screws if you find them. Actually that fix works particularly well on particle board that doesn't have much "bite" in it to hold screws.
