Title: Toilet replacement models that fit
Post by: BarbRN on June 19, 2013, 10:15:18 am
Anybody upgrade to elongated china commode in the 2551?  Trying to find one that fits allowing the closet door to swing over it.  Do we need low profile?  Does the footprint work in either Thetford or Dometic styles?

See if this chart from Thetford helps you out.  I'm not sure what model is in the 2010 2551.

OK update:  We got a china, elongated Dometic/Sealand model 320 that fits fine.  Ten minute installation.  The closet door clears fine if the lid is up, NOT the seat needed to be left up roflol roflol

Only issue was that an L bracket would have been nice for the water connection.  Our plumber consult said just bend the fitting a bit and it will be fine as long as the flow is adequate and it is.  What an upgrade this model is!  Has a foot pedal too.
