Title: want new PHOENIX CRUISER on sprinter

HI, I have just been lucky enough to sell my Gulfstream BT cruiser 3 slide ford diesel ...and would like to fly to the States and purchase a sprinter based Phoenix Cruiser. (The £ has crashed Against the $ just as I sold it as well ).   Anyone have any issues with the company or quality of these RVs  as once you get them out of the USA there is no warranty ect.   Thanks for any answers.   pete (UK)

We took delivery of a 2350 Sprinter two monthes ago. We had it delivered. Did not go to the factory to pick it up.
There were a couple of minor issues; a mouse ate a small hole in the engine insulation, a couple of stripped bolts and paint chips on the bumper.
Phoenix was proactive when we told them of the issues. They sent us new insulation, bolts and a check to have the paint redone on the bumper.
Can't say enough good things about the company.
We are in the US. Don't know about getting issues resolved in the UK.
