Title: Awning doesn't want to unfurl!

I have a 2011 2552 w/full side elec awning and, sometimes, when I hit the switch to unfurl it when parked, it just unrolls in place without extending away from the unit.  Suggestions?

Mine did the same, sometimes the arm are stuck.. Unroll it a couple inches and give the arms an outward pull.
