Title: new batch of members!

I just approved a new batch of members.  Keep an eye open and make everyone feel welcome as always. Also a couple of them had spammy e-mails but I couldn't find anything spammy they'd ever done, so if you see anything spammy, please report it ASAP in case I miss it.
